Refund Policy
All products purchased from Down South Royalty LLC are made-to-order, therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For defective merchandise, we will offer a replacement item of the same type, color, and size (dependent upon availability). The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, the customer must send clear photos and a thorough description of the defection to the following email address:  downsouthroyaltyllc@gmail.com.  Down South Royalty LLC will send you an email detailing the status of your request within 24-72 hours.  
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit by any of our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).  The customer must file a claim with the respective shipping partner via the following:

FedEx: File a Claim | FedEx
